This is my first post for school:

Reading the book, I can really see why Holden Feels that their should be no adult influence at his school. I can also relate to Holden, because I have a similar class. I am upper-middle class, just like he is, and my parents have great expectations for me. Holden struggles to live up to this, and struggles to accept the transition to adult hood, even though he knows that it is happening. I enjoyed reading the first half of the book, and cant wait to read the rest!
